Our family invites you to discover the magic of Falmouth Cape Cod, walk Falmouth's sandy beaches, ride along the heights, wade into the warm Atlantic Ocean, sail from its harbors, and enjoy the spectacular Falmouth sunsets all within steps of your doorway.
Visions of Time Properties features two spectacular locations for rentals the Falmouth Inner Harbor and the Falmouth Heights. The Falmouth Inner Harbor has three cottages that are uniquely decorated with seaside charm and Cape Cod tradition. Each unit is complete with a modern kitchen, comfortable furniture, and plenty of other amenities. Every cottage has stunning views of the water.
The harbor location is also home to the priemier condo complex in Falmouth the Boatyard. The Boatyard is a gated community with privacy, lush landscaping, luxury accomodations, and views of the harbor. We offer two units in the boatyard complex.
The Falmouth Inner Harbor is home to beautiful waterfront homes, a couple of marinas, the Falmouth Yacht Club, and the Island Queen Ferry. The harbor is the closest mainland port to Martha's Vineyard. The harbor is a post card picture setting of a Cape Cod seaside location. The area is full of local flavor including restaurants, boating, shopping, and of course beaches!
The Falmouth Heights location is a series of tall bluffs that overlook Vineyard Sound and Martha's Vineyard. The Heights is also the location of Falmouth's best beach the Heights and Falmouth Heights Park.
Visions of Time Properties has two unique rental locations on the Heights. A completely renovated 7 bedroom and 2 bath home that sits a top the Heights and across from the beach. In addtion, there's a 5 bedroom and 2 bath home only a short walk to the beach.
